Chef Hiroyuki “Hiro” Mimura started his career in Tokyo, Japan at Trattoria Marumowhere he learned the basics of management and the foundations to creating various Italian dishes.
Delight hand craft pizzas from a Kiawe wood fire oven have an unbeatable flavor and absolutely enjoyable teste to everyone’s palette.
